  • If you or anyone in your group has experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days, PLEASE DO NOT COME. Symptoms to look out for are a high temperature, a new persistent cough, or a loss of ability to smell or taste.

  • Face coverings MUST be worn when UNDERGROUND and when inside a building – so please bring one with you. You will be asked to leave the site if you do not wear a face covering, and no refund will be given. This condition does not apply to children under 11 years of age, and those with a physical and/or mental impairment or disability that prevents them from wearing a face covering. This remains the law in Wales.

  • Social distancing must be maintained whilst on site – there will be markers on the floor to guide you. Please respect other visitors when visiting us!

  • There are hand-sanitising stations situated at various points on site, but we encourage you to bring your own personal hand sanitisers with you to ensure you can clean your hands as required.

  • Your reservation time is the time you start your visit. Please do NOT be late. On your ticket you will see a ‘Recommended Timetable’ for your visit.

  • Please note: Your booking may be cancelled at short notice should government guidelines change

  • Please bring a copy of your confirmation email with you on the day of your visit, either a printed copy or on an electronic device.

  • Adults are responsible for the children with them at all times.

  • Pushchairs and buggies are not permitted underground - we suggest that parents use papoose-style baby carriers. Above ground it is quite hilly, so it may not be possible to visit some areas with a pushchair or buggy.

  • Access is strictly limited in certain areas of the site - persons with reduced mobility should contact us directly to discuss their requirements before booking their ticket.

  • Please ensure ALL your contact details are correct, as we may need to contact you regarding your reservation. Your details may be used for the “Test, Trace and Protect” scheme if necessary.

  • Due to the unpredictability of nature, we reserve the right to withdraw any attraction without notice.

  • We reserve the right to close any area, at any time, for cleaning/disinfecting.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission.

  • Some attractions/activities may be closed when you visit us dependent on the latest government guidelines.

  • The terms and conditions listed above supersede all other information you may have seen on this or any third-party websites.

  • Refunds will only be given in the event of closure due to Welsh Government directives.

  • Please note: Tickets are non-transferable.
